He refused to meet the agreed price so I had no option but to let him have it, or write off the time spent calling, waiting and then negotiating with him. I wouldn't recommend using these guys if you want a fair price for your vehicle. He also arrived while talking on his phone, and cut a car off doing a U-turn. Speedy, yet unsatisfactory service.
